Suddenly by Bishop Eddie L. Long and the New Birth Total Praise Choir

I'm here with another YouTube gospel video. In 2004, Bishop Eddie Lee Long, pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia, gathered his New Birth Total Praise Choir and recorded their first album, "Spirit and Truth" In one of the songs, he sought the help of well-known gospel pioneer and singer, Vanessa Bell Armstrong to lead the hit song, "Suddenly." This song is Southern, with just a hint of groove that'll make you sway with the beat. I do not own this song, nor am I seeking monetary gains or publicity. Update: Ok, so we all know by now that this investigation going on with the gentlemen and Bishop Long is going to be a knockout fight. But, this is not a video for debate, this is a song ministry, and I would appreciate it if all comments concerning this painful matter be kept to yourselves. I'm not here to condone or condemn anyone of the two parties. However, if you are spiritual enough, instead of casting the first stone, pray for them. If you are not necessairly the "religious" type, then still, be mature about the situation, and not just drop inappropriate comments. Be mindful of the whole situation. Thank You

Let me say this. There have been many people who have used religion and power to do unfalliable things. At the same time, there have been many religious people who have not committed anything, but because of their religious persecutions. Regardless, if what happened to a person, spiritual or not, causes you to question God, then perhaps you need to look at yourself. This sin't directed to anyone in particular, just my opinion of the matter. Instead of persecuting him, pray for him.

This song is the very song that got me involved with NewBirth. Never stopped going. Even through all these hard times, I still love my bishop. But what people have to realize is, its not about the Bishop. Its about God. Bishop does a wonderful job of delivering the word, and thats what he's called to do. And as of today, NewBirth is still standing!
