Perhaps Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) should just state its true agenda and advocate for the Eugenic Sterilization & eventual Genocide of all non-whites. CAPS is funded by some of the most hateful organizations and individuals in the US. Pages 208-214 of "Home-Grown Hate: gender and organized racism" by Abby L. Ferber gives a glimpse into to the ideologies of CAPS. TV stations need to be aware before running CAP Ads.
