Mi pc es de los 90´s y la tengo modificada para que inicie a lo mas rapido que le pude hacer y tarda 1 minuto 22 segundos pero la tuya esta en 45 segundos como le hiciste dime men ya que si megustaria dejar mi pc como la tuya

That proves nothing...my Vista system boots up at equal speed. But, what matters is how many start-up programs you have enable and how fast the system can boot them up. If you don't wait for them your system will go super slow until it's done because those start-up programs have a higher priority than your Web Browser for example.
