After trying out one of these with the extended battery, I find that it is easy to smash ones fingers between the battery and the screen when opening it. They shouldn't be made with such an obvious pinchpoint.
The network activity light is fine, I guess. Might be more useful if it could show different colors, like Cisco APs do.
