@KeizerXilian Yeah, because accepting more regurgitation is a good thing. Come up with something new. Hell a sequel, prequel or likewise continuation would have a chance. But a remake? Please.

I'll admit that the 80's had cheesy music, but the music in the 80's Thindercats series was hardly cheesy. Much better than the music for the new Thundercats. The 80's Thundercat music had personality and each situation and character had it's own appropriate theme music. The only good thing music-wise that's better in the new series is the opening orchestrarted theme music, but the overall music is crap.

WilyKit's new design still hasn't grown on me. I can understand the new super sexy outfit Cheetara almost wears, but I don't see the need to sex up a 9 year old girl.
That said, the music is as good as the classic tunes in my opinion.

@twanintokyo Yes, because taking an old series that was undeniably cheesy as all hell and turning it into something serious is always a bad thing.
I grew up with all those shows, too. The new G.I. Joe sucking I'll grant you, but not Thundercats. The reboot is amazingly well done in all aspects, from animation to sound to story and character development. What's more, if you hate it so much, turn off the TV and watch the old series online. It's not exactly hard to find.
