@aseglkj wow..you're an idiot. hahahaa
-
What kind of steel is the knife made from?
-
@gasdorf shut up
-
haha even if you took the axe dont you think if you HAD to cut concrete the blade would break?
-
@wildernesskid40k ,1095 is good steel when it had a good heat treat.Let that idiot ramble on.He knows shit
-
@aseglkj im not saying its bad im just saying id take the rtak 2 over it because of the 1095 steel which has to have a good heat treating which it does to keep up its stability but im talking about in outdoor use i would have toi go with 1095 because its a tool steal made and tempered to where it can withstand extreme cold and not breakim sure the fallkniven is capable of doig just about the same as the rtak just i havent seen it proven
-
@wildernesskid40k yeah whatever. but 1095 a good steel? it's cheap crap, look at all the broken 1095 knives. csk ii chipping huge chunks out of the blade, rtak breaking in this test. did you even watch the destruction test of the fallkniven? it beats any 1095 knives by a huge margin.
-
@aseglkj dude a hatchet takes up way more space than the rtak 2 and the fallkniven a2 is shorter than the rtak2 by 2.25 inches or so which means you wont be able to baton through larger logs without going on the side amd the rtak2 is made of 1095 steel which is a superb steel especially for outdoor use even in cold conditions the A2 has a core of vg10 steel which is very brittle and the blade is more prone to chipping

What the hell did you keep looking at
-
that thing just eat them logs... im gona get one
The RTAKII weigs 2 pounds. The axe your talking about would way a shitload more.
