Theron's costume is better suited to the assumed role, but I'd rather see their performance and judge once the question can be given an educated answer. However, I will not be viewing Snow White and the Huntsman. Kristin Stuart ruined the Twilight series for me. Her acting is poor and her personal attitude is worse. I won't be paying money to support her career. Lily Collins will make a beautiful Snow White. I look forward to Mirror Mirror.
