This sequence is one of my favorites, a great challenge for the arms and the side body. LOVE the savasanah (or however you spell it) at the end. Much needed and deserved! Thanks, Esther!
I'm feeling rotten with the flu, just tried this sequence as I really wanted to move my body, was feeling stiff & achey. I feel better but it was a bit hard going, my heart was pumping! It would be so wonderful if you could do a gentle sequence for the immune system for all the sickies.
ps/ I found your video on yogatic for headcold & it really helped with the heady symptoms.
