on the website they said if you take colon cleanse with other products, you should wait some hours before drinking green powder or any other products. and shouldnt take everything together. Can you please confirm on that? Thanks!

@athenacheung1410 try to drink it up all at once immediately after you shake the mixture, don't drink/slip it bit by bit. ;-) have a glass of water stand by, after you finish drinking the mixture, drink some water to wash down the aftertaste in your mouth. That's how I drink it, and it helps ease away the nasty powdery taste of the colon cleanse. :-) Ka-Yao!
