Hmm. Interesting. Do you happen to know when this was filmed? In my head I had the impression that Bream always played this piece slowly as in the famous recording. By the way, I really love the tempo he has chosen in the video. Thank you!

When Weiss died they wrote on his grave as epitaph: "Only Silvius shall play the lute!"
So too, when Bream passes on (and may that day never arrive), they shall verily say: "Only Julian shall play the guitar!"
