No it doesn't - "hast" in this case is being used as an auxiliary verb to form the perfect tense.
The next word (which isn't heard in this video) is "gerfragt" - the perfect tense of fragen, to ask.
"Du hast mich gefragt" means "You asked me"; "Du hast mich" alone doesn't really make sense.
Perhaps you are confusing "du hast" (you have) with "du haßt" (you hate) - this was an intentional pun of Rammstein's as both words are pronounced the same way.

So, you just put more effort into explaining that every translation I've ever seen is wrong (and I don't doubt you're right, it makes sense) than was put into making this video.
