I made this tutorial with the Ultimate-Guitar.com Recordings&Riffs forum in mind, I love you guys!

Final mp3: www.myspace.com/scottyXdanger titled: "Ableton Loop Demo for Youtube Video" (I really hope you could have figured that one out on your own, though!)

This is a short tutorial for how to make a quick drum/bass/guitar loop so you can practice your guitar leads or so you can record a cool solo with a backing track! I used all real instruments to play the parts, but you can use software for the instruments and write the parts with a midi controller or by drawing in the piano roll.

I'm not going to explain how I got the Guitar Hero drums to control the kit in Ableton, I'll just tell you that I'm using a program called Osculator and let you figure it out from there.

I'd be glad to help you out if you have any questions, or if anything was unclear in the video. I skipped a lot of the basic steps like how to load a new track and insert instruments and route your audio interface and all that jazz, you can learn how to do all of that from other tutorials.
