Have a good time and drink lots of bottled water, also take some dioralite sachets with you, I would suggest appox 20 sachetts. This is not for tummy problems but if it is hot you or your fellow volentiers will get value them to keep your fluid levels up when swetting a lot.
Lookforward to seeing your pictures/videos and hearing about your story on a blog or facebook some time.

This is beautiful, I love your video, and some of the portraits in here are just lovely. My friend and I were thinking of volunteering in Kenya with HFH.
