@iknewmikewell Naturally there can be confusion since the word 'meditation' means different things to different people. What this vid talks about is more like kundalini meditation, to awaken the energies within- really it all comes down to the power of focused intention; you empower that which you focus on.
Bio-energy DOES exist, by whatever name you might wish to call it. It is real, it can be cultivated and increased, and It is *not* fantasy

"first red from the bottom, then orange, then a lime green, then into yellow, then blue then indigo then into purple."
I think he meant to say yellow 3rd and then into green

this form of meditation has rather physicle aspect that seems almost tangible amongs compleetion. i like it as a whole. but i can see how meny others would need to step to a more simple form of meditation.

Why do you call yourself a Reverend? You're just trying to fool people into thinking you're a Christian. You're a New Ager tricking people. The Devil deceives!

@mylifeinibiza you will want to pick up your Bible and read the many passages that talk about meditation in a *positive* sense not to mention 1 Corinthians 12: "Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant"

Is there a difference between this type of meditation compared to yellow bamboo in regard to the benefits one achieves?
CrazyDragons 1 year ago
@CrazyDragons All meditations have similar fundamentals.. YB is more specific to the type of energies you develop and things to visualize, it also involves physical ("sport") exercises and requires a greater time commitment, but the skills one develops are more than just receiving information (although this is a big part of YB also). So yes there is a difference.
The meditation described in this vid is a basic one for reaching the deep relaxation required to quiet the mind
