  • i think there is somethign wrong with me. I could never do the sit and reach, like i seriously could not even move foward a little bit. it impossible!!!! if i try i feel like the legs are gunna break. Like i could not even reach that wooden board that he grabs at 1:08

  • By Measuring the angle the sacrum makes to the ground you get a better indication of Hamstring flexibility. For Instance this client Sacrum is at about 80 degrees to the ground. Which indicates good hamstring flexibitliy. For further information on the original use of the sit reach read.
