Yes. I can vouch for that. Have a Nokia 3300 that I fully charged nearly a year ago now, and just turned it on today, and it only lost 3 bars of battery. It was turned off the whole time though, but still incredible it held a charge that long.

Yea, if you don't care for these old batteries, the'll be dead quickly. Try letting it sit on the charger for 24 hours. If nothing happens after that, then the battery is dead for sure.

What people don't understand about Nokia phones, is that after sitting for a long while, the batteries don't just immediately spring to life. It takes a few hours of charging for it to even acknowledge you that it is charging. That's how I got so many of these.

These were really solid, well-made phones. I suspect most that haven't been thrown away are still in good working condition (though the networks that supported them have been retired). This was actually the first model of cell phone I ever used.

I remember the old days when that phone was popular. My sister had that phone and I just loved playing the game of the snake plus the bottons arent even hard to press compared to the nokia 3360 which was my sisters second phone. I miss those phones.
