  • How much should we do each? Im a fat 16 year old. Currently I weigh 320. I know, bad right? Lol I recently got interested in fitness, and have been doing 50-100 sit-ups a day. And I just now found your videos and I'm hoping the 8-week body transformation will help. Lol I subscribed. And bookmarked these 3 videos. Will stay in touch.
