Watching your adventure is encouragement for me, we have a lot in common, I am 385 Lbs. and currently today I am starting my Pre - surgical diet for the next two weeks (lap band surgery). Keep up the hard work tone. my names Tony also,I was banded in belgium europe in april/09...
has cost here in the uk are ridiculously expensive, so I saved and paid privately. my starting weight was 322 lbs now im at 238lbs in just over a year..Im well pleased with myself..It would have been more weightloss if I had got a fill when I lost restriction but I never..If you have lost restriction try and get a fill asap..
