Before you kids these days had Call of Duty, Halo, and all of that fun stuff, we had games like Frontline. The game took you right up to the battle field as you infiltrated fortresses, rode in tanks, and take a long, lead-filled stroll in the woods. Unlike most ColecoVision games, this used a controller known as the Super Action Controller. Unlike the standard ColecoVision controller, it had four action buttons instead of two and was held in a different fashion. It also had a scrolling bar for some games like Super Action Baseball to run bases.

I used to play this game for HOURS until my mom came and made me go outside and 'get some fresh air'. 20 minutes later I was back at it.

Dontcha just love how there was no friendly fire? If they shot themselves the enemy didn't die. heh!

Pretty good conversion of the Taito arcade original.
Hasn't aged well generally as a game though.
