Rob Legato creates movie effects so good they (sometimes) trump the real thing. In this warm and funny talk, he shares his vision for enhancing reality on-screen in movies like Apollo 13, Titanic and Hugo.

Are you jealous? I think you are simply jealous. And now, because so many people hate you, and you look like such an idiot... that you are too full of pride to simply leave this video alone and walk away.

I really feel the word 'awe' is overused.
I mean; yes, what you did looked cool and was maybe entertaining, but at no point did it inspire awe.
In my opinion (and my experience) awe is something more likely to be experienced in real life, it doesn't really come across on-screen.

The number of ALL CAPS in your stupid comment pretty much sum up your IQ. I must say though, I'm shocked you knew how to spell bologna. Good job on that. As for the rest of your comment, you clearly seem to be one of those "we didn't really go to the moon" conspiracy theory types. I'm also guessing you're 15 and not very familiar with reality. If you aren't 15...then wow...you sure have a lot to learn about and become humble about. Piss off, is what I really want to say. Piss...off.

Overpaid whore? The behind the scenes guys are NOT overpaid. Plus...they're the ones that actually create the magic of cinema. It's the actors, if anyone, who are overpaid. Fuck man...do you not love movies? Who doesn't love movies? The people that bring these things to life are to be celebrated. It's a modern art form...probably the highest modern art form. And you're pissy because they got PAID for their WORK? What have you ever made that inspired millions of people? Not much, right?

Only Americans? I guess you haven't seen how much that movie grossed worldwide. :) I didn't know about Mr. Legato till I saw this video but now that I have, I have a lot more respect for the filming process.
