i sleep in my jk frequently. push the front seats up, put the back seats down and there's plenty of room. you can also fit a double air mattress too.

I sleep in my KJ when the wife and I go camping. Granted I am able to get a double sized air mattress in mine. I would love to have a remote start to get the heat going for those cold trips, but I can just get up and do in manually. Im wondering how the JK sleeps as it will replace the libby when they bring the CRD back.

Used to do this all the time- got wasted with my friends camping and was too shitty to put up a tent. Loved my TJ- gotta JK now

@tilth01 can you do a video of it please?Of the airmatress etc? I am thinking about doing this with my 2006 wrangler. It has a soft top, but i plan to do a cross country trip for fun and to do this to save on hotels.

This is a great idea. I'm going to take the backseat out of my Jeep tomorrow. I used to just recline the front seat when I went on road trips, but that's extremely uncomfortable. I have a small little camping trip down south tomorrow and some other ones I'd like to do this winter. The only problem is I have a surfboardto take with me. Maybe I can recline the driver's seat and put it there.
