  • Number 5 is so true!

  • @denisemarie1037 To the administrators, it means that you should be teaching to the worst and best students at the same time, but it's more about "assessment" than teaching. You should "assess" a variety of students differently. What should happen is that the students guide the pace of the course, but it usually turns into test-prep anyway. Differentiating instruction actually results in zero teaching, because that's what's left after taking the second derivative.

  • @Sailorsega "differentiating instruction" is the mantra of many of our administrators. Some interpret it to mean vary your lessons so the least and most capable can all be together and get quality instruction in the same classroom. It saves money on additional staff ;)

  • I don't get #3. Still this is funner than anything Letterman has ever done.

  • This is TRUE! Thanks a lot for this!

  • Yes!!! Thank you for this!!!

  • To all my teacher friends! Have a great year!

  • Love, love, love this !

  • This video is THE TRUTH! It's always the newest kid in the lowest grade who pees in their pants and is therefore marked FOR LIFE. It will come up at every class reunion and "Remember the time. . . moment!"

  • I love this!
