Very very good pair of speakers. I ordered these from India where, inclusive of taxes, it cost me $310 (INR 14,513). True to its name, very portable and uncomplicated. Great detailing and sound on them too.
Good review Thrilling!

@garnettbobo The bass on these is pretty neat. I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised mate! The sound is very balanced... Its the way it should be I feel.

Which one would you choose? Companion 20, Companion 3 or companion 5?

@manishrana50 If you watch a lot of movies, go with the Companion 5. For music and regular use with an occasional movie, go with the Companion 20! Remember that the Companion 5 connects only through USB.

I want to connect a subwoofer with these speakers.
Any suggestion how to do that and still use the dial as my main volume control?
Thank you.

@manishrana50 I am not aware of any way to add a subwoofer to the Bose Companion 20 speaker system.

Hey Thrilling, i have a question.
If i were to plug in headsets to these speakers, would i still get the same quality of music from them or not? For ex: when my parents are home, i plug in my crappy headsets or even my Dre Beats, would i still hear the same quality / bass?

@bTzzRS If you plug your headphones into the headphone jack on the Bose Companion 20 system, you would get the same quality you would get if you plugged directly into your computer or other audio divice.
