Seven Day Mental Diet - Day 1 - NEW CHANNEL!!

Michael Brewer is launching a solo site at onemantwodogs. The first series showing there is the 7 Day Mental Diet.

Hey Michael :)

Just catching up with your videos... A mental diet with no negative thoughts for longer than a minute for seven days, sounds great! i'm not sure i'd be able to keep that up for seven days even meditating regularly & having quiet good control of my thoughts as i do....i'll be interested to hear & see how you get on....there's no doubt Hawaii has got to be one of the best places to try this challenge! :D

I know this has been posted for a while but I just came upon it. I've been doing this mental diet for the past few days. It's great!
