Got the DVD on Amazon for 16$ including S&H, plus the first print editions of The Maxx 1-5. an the darker image #1 the story before the actual Maxx comic a pre-sode also has bloodwolf in it.

He's PVC not rubber. I work in a plastics factory and we use PVC alot. It's a popular plastic with larger figure due to the fact that it's softer plastic and it WAY cheaper to mass produce action figures with. I am getting some Maxx figures soon he was always one of my favorite Image characters.

I never did figure out what the outback, the izs and all that really meant. Feels like it's an analogy for something else, but the last time I saw The Maxx must be at least 12+ years ago. I should watch it again.

How the heck did I miss this run!??!? I absolutely ADORE The Maxx. I guess my best bet now is ebay huh? Great job to the artists that brought this bad boy back to life. Great sculpt.
