  • I bet you Smith Wigglesworth was driving around in a custom Duesenberg J

  • @experiment0003 he always took train

  • "..knowingly mistranslating the word "ekklesia" has continued ...... We can be sympathetic to their situation; but the fact remains that the King James Bible translators and the translators in modern times have had the opportunity to correct this error, yet they failed to do so and contributed to muddying the waters and sadly have upheld a misconception of what a biblical New Testament church should be as the Lord Jesus Christ instituted it. • @CascadeAdvisors I can see that you are looking for an audience to pour your insight into. Did you try making disciples? :)

  • The word church and the way it is run is not biblical. I believe it has gotten off track not only in translation (King James) but also in methodology. We don't have biblical well run ekklesia meetings in the US today as we are commanded to do so in 1st Cor. 14:29-40. Today's church method is either Biblical or not. I would say not since if they are successful at their 503c business plan they seem to end up looking very similar and getting consumed by greed.

  • @CascadeAdvisors The church has very little in common with the NT phenomenon. But it's both impossible and insensible to try replaying the old thing from the past. In regards to greed, I love Jesse's saying "it's not greed, it's growth"... If you are saying you are the best in the trying to reproduce the NT pattern, then you are just a liar ;)

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER Jesus spoke of money MORE than of any other subject. Most parables are about money and the way to handle it. Start reading your Bible with open eyes, bro

Dude, this man is a heretic. I use to listen to him after I first gave my life to Christ and looking back on it, he sounds no different than a mormon. I remember him saying that we become "little gods", he's preaching polytheism. I remember him saying that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ became(paraphrasing) evil and was punished in hell. I honestly cannot tell you if this man is even truly born again.

  • THIS gUY IS A CLOWN

  • @CascadeAdvisors

    cool, thank you :)

  • @fatalcolumn123 Sorry but the word Church was never used by God or the Apostles of the Lamb. It is a poor translation of the word ekklesia that is better understood as assembly. It is not used as a universal world wide group as you seem to be indicating. Body/Bride of Christ is reserved for that but not to be confused with the local church/assembly that can be measured and accountable for the health and fruit of its sheep. False sense of accountability is worse than none at all. Not Random.

  • @hizman - I did not say anything close to I am best at this or that. Liar is pretty harsh (judgement) word for not knowing much about me. Just read Cor. 14:29-40. It also clearly says not to worry about those that don't get it.

  • @1776iscoming You cannot honestly tell us if any man is saved. You are not the judge of the heart. You can, however ,judge a tree by it's fruit. Is his ministry producing believers of Jesus and His word? Even though people may "change" churches, which is okay, the word does not change. I worry about people who judge other people. For their sake. It is enough to judge ourselves, so that we are not judged. Love. No other Gods. This we are commanded.

  • @experiment0003 He was a plumber...

  • Mr Wiggleworth! Lol. I heard Mr. Snuggly Woggally was his best friend. They loved to fly to the North Pole around winter time to help Santa pass out presents.
