Nick: *Laying and crying.*
Joe: *Hears crying. Goes up to Nicks room. Goes in.* Nick what's wrong? Nick: Nothing Joe.
Joe: Yes there is. Tell me Nick. *Goes and wraps his arms around Nick.* Nick: *Struggles out of his grip.* It's just a bad dream.
Joe: What was it about?
Nick: I can't remember.
Joe: Okay. *Lets go of him.* If you need anything I'll be downstairs.
Nick: *Sighs.* Fine.
Joe: *Realizes there's something that's bothering him.* Nick now I can tell something is bothering you. I've known you your whole life. Come on tell me buddy.
Nick: No
Joe: Well when you want to tell me. I'll be downstairs. *Goes downstairs.* Nick: *Whispers.* I can never tell you.
Joe: Why can't he ever tell me anything that's wrong with him. I have something that's bothering me but I don't let it show. He lets it show. I think I love him. Why am I talking to myself out loud. *Shuts up.*
Nick: *Sleeping.*
Joe: *Goes and watch TV.*
Nick: *Wakes up crying.* Noo Joey noooo.
Joe: *Hears him. Runs up to Nicks room.* Nick what's wrong? *Worried.* Nick: *Cries into his chest.* Joey I had a bad dream.
Joe: *Holds him.* What happened? I heard you say my name.
Nick: *Cries harder.* It was HORRIBLE and it was all Taylor's fault.
Joe: What are you talking about?
Nick: Taylor...She...He...They...Hurt you Joey...I saw blood.
Joe: Baby it's okay. I'm here now.
Nick: Joey I don't like them they tired to hurt you. *Cries into his chest. Holds onto him.*
Joe: Baby it's okay. *Kisses his head. Thinking: Why the hell am I calling him baby. I've never called him baby.*
Nick: Joey she's not going to get you is she?
Joe: No she's not Nicky.
Nick: But the other one what about him he might get you then come for me. Joe: Ne he's not baby. It's okay. I'll protect you. *Kisses his head.*
Nick: Thank you Joey.
Joe: No problem. Do you want to go back to sleep?
Nick: No.
Joe: Do you want to stay here and watch TV or go downstairs?
Nick: Go downstairs. I want food.
Joe: Okay. Come on. *Picks him up bridal style. Walking down the stairs.* Nick: *Cuddles into him.*
Joe: *Kisses his head. Puts him down.*
Nick: *Goes into the kitchen. Sighs.*
Joe: What's wrong baby?
Nick: Nothing just thinking about what to eat.
Joe: Okay. *Goes up behind him. Hugs him from behind.*
Nick: *Lays his head on his chest.* What do you want?
Joe: I don't know. Guess what.
Nick: What?
Joe: *Shoves his hand down Nicks pants and boxers and rubs him.* Hi. *Smiles and takes his hand out and goes and sits on the counter beside Nick.* Nick: *Closes his eyes. Bites his lip.*
