half a skull? what the hell, malpractice, here is what you do, cut the skull away from the brain case, then leave it in place. then give aspirin to completely shut off the healing process and i mean completely three weeks later, discontinue the aspirin and the whole thing grows back together. sound crazy? GOOGLE it . im not a surgeon
