A 4 minutes workout: 15 pull-ups+20 GOOD push-ups, then 10 push-ups+20 push-ups, than as many as possible of both till Oasis finish their LIVE FOREVER (and me my ENERGY...):-)

  • @durex91 Non sono d'accordo: se uno si spinge così in alto come tu e tanti altri pensate di dovere fare, mette a rischio di infortunio le spalle, i cui tendini sarebbero schiacciati tra l'omero e l'acromion; si tratta di un rischio, non di una certezza ovviamente, quindi, se a te non dà nessun dolore arrivare più in alto, fallo pure, ma non è corretto dal punto di vista della fisiologia articolare.

  • @lapaixamoureuse07 Thanks. The best resistance training is the one that won't hurt you: so any type of exercise can be good (better the mutliarticular ones as bench press or squat) as far as performed with good technique.

    If your elbows hurt, then stop doing what hurts and start a rehabilitation program to strenghten them (meanwhile you can use an elbow elastic band to be put 10cm from its tip on your forearm muscles, when you exercise). Best wishes!

  • well, as most of viewers , i do not give you at all 41 but if you say it so it's true! WOW!your nephew is so cute, i wanted to ask you, if possible what kind of resistance training you recommend, and what to do if the elbow hurts after a rope climbing session, thanks for your time and videos!
