Insane Japanese Rockabilly

I have no idea what this is, I can't read the label. All I know is that it has a couple of GREAT guitar breaks and the singer is very passionate! If you know anything about this record, please advise....

This is by a comedian named Hitoshi Ueki. It's about businessmen. The vocal style is sort of a parody of traditional Japanese singing

It reminds me more of a Surf version of the "Gimme Gimme Octopus" soundtrack , and not just because it's Japanese. It does sound comical , by the delivery , even though I don't speak the language.
