Dead body found on TV tower, Persona 4 becoming reality?

A friend showed me this news and we were impressed with the coincidences between game and reality.
The death scene patern reminds a lot the game Persona 4, with dead bodies apearing hanged on tv/telephone poles.
The cause of death is still unclear, if you read the news around you realize it looks like they quoted the game lines.
The yellow sky also looks a lot like the city of Inaba during foggy days in the game.
The year it happened is the same of P4´s storyline, 2011, even the month the game starts is almost the same.
