Spillman probably shouldn't have implied that EVERYONE in line there was basically a loser out loud just before trying to interview someone live. He's a good reporter on hard news stories, but he just got a little too full of himself trying to be funny on this fluffy live shot. You can't really blame the dude in line for being pissed....
