E-FLite Blade 400 flies nicely even with Aiptek Camera on board.
Here I fly a few stunts and hope you don't get too dizzy. Any more aggressive stunts would be blurry, but this little machine will do anything it is asked to do.

Hope you enjoy it. More to come. Stay tuned by subscribing.

  • Hey Nightfleyer,

I want to use the Aiptek Pocket DV AHD300 camcorder with the balde 400. This camera has 145 gramms. Do you think it works? I saw other pilot with similar big cameras.

    Greetings

    Frank

  • Thanks kindly for your comments. So sorry I have not had a chance to get back to you very quickly.

If you see my latest video, 300th, you will see how many emails I have and you will know why. LOL.

12 ounces is about max on the Blade and the camera must be mounted exactly on the center of gravity. Good luck.

  • Hey Nightflyer, thank to your 9 tips I started from wobbly hovering on a honeybee fp to doing 3d loops and rolls on a blade cp pro2 in about 4 months. You are a true legend of the rc world. All teh best. Dan

  • Your welcome. Good luck and thanks for the kind words.

  • wat do you have the orange float things on for

  • So I can see it. Most people cant fly helicopters, because they get disoriented. To help me, I made Orange Pontoons. See my video "Stealth Helicopters, you cant fly them if you cant see them". I show how to make them too.

  • Wich camera do you think is better,

the Aiptek or the FlyCamOne2 ?

  • lol i am also 12 :P

  • Im also 12, and there are no ''fly everywhere helis", but from my experience you should try c-c E-sky comanche, E-sky honey-bee f-p, E-sky lama, and maybe a walkera 5#6 and, blade cx 2. These helis are good for outdoors in wind under ~4-7 mph, but too much wind will carry them away and a small room could cause a nice CRASH so thats how it works...sadly.

  • Thanks. I will send you my 9 heli flying tips in a PM. Helis will never hover in one place for even a second! You have to master moving 7 controls all at once, and when the heli is facing you, 4 of those controls are reversed. If your hovering at all, you are making progress. The tail rotor must be used constantly. Good Luck.
