too much exaggeration on the snapping seriously, it should come naturally not forced. and the annunciation be focused over volume.

I've been in NJROTC for about 3 months or so, i'm a late recruit, and I've already gotten my first auigelette. YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSS! My reaction.

I miss being in NJROTC man. That sgit was fun as hell...even if it was like 5 years ago for me haha. But it was worth it because I had a blast. Btw I kept my uniform lol. Still fits pretty well.

@Trackernate sweet man, I'll be looking for your team!

You guys are really sharp but wayy too fast. Isn’t keeping a steady marching rate part of the grading criteria?

accualy, im in njrotc and wen we go to open ranks march, we imediatley go to dress right dress with out the commander calling that comand
good drill i thought the marching could be a little better and the commander needs more power not volume

Man what can i say, they really need work. No need for the stomping. The guide really needs some work. The Plt commander does not do the movements with the platoon. They face the platoon when commanding. The Plt commander needs to practice commanding. If your going to command Marine Corps style learn how to do it. Do not stomp. It needs to be a snap and pop motion. Slow down the cadence. Also if you are going to command Marine Corps at least try to drill like them.
