Working memory problems seem to be prevalent in those with ADHD and learning disabilities. Mainstream thinking to date has been that a person's working memory is rigid and cannot be changed. Recently research is changing that thinking and software based training may, in fact, improve an individual's working memory. I will share my experiences in future videos and I try out what is currently available.

  • Listen, the real 800pound gorilla in the room is DIET. We need to look at how certain foods or more importantly, the artificial ingredients in these foods and how they affect brain function. I know for me when I cut sugar out of my diet completely, my mental acuity increased SIGNIFICANTLY. I'm not saying sugar is the cause, but I know there have been studies on the artificial coloring and the partially hydrogenated oils used in foods. It's worth a look, no?

  • its been a year since this video was uploaded. has your son made improvement the program?

  • I have been there and am thinking that working memory or memory in general is the big issue.
