MX500 5hp gas conversion

I've been working on converting this electric dirt bike to use a 5hp gas powered engine.

The engine is a really old 5hp Tecumseh I got running with help rom watching davidsfarm's video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-41JvPh6Bg

I basically failed at the sprocket making and drilling engine holes lol.

looks good but you should defiantly get a clutch but other than that good job ... and watch the back brake i flipped my tire around and turns out everything screws togeather ... had to weld it together good luck

You had to weld the freewheel so i didn't turn? I just realized that and I don't have a welder :(

@tykenfitz yup they got a mig welder at harbor freight for 80 i think but then you need the wire and helmet so probably about 120 - 130

Lol I j-b welded it idk if it will hold or not but probably not, gotta get a welder but no $ lol
