@Bladerunner55217 i'm not sure about this. i believe that with using a heavier racquet (not to heavy as to cause injury), the muscles will adapt with the technique. from my experience, the light racquet is the one that induces wristiness, and the heavy one encourages using the major arm and shoulder muscles.

This is why you either must have a light enough racquet to go from 1 to the 2 position. If your racquet is to heavey you end up using your wrist to try and finish the swing.
