@johnny67448 Where else would I live but in my home?

I love the book... but the movie was great also... You present good points but... I think nostalgic value plays alot of why fan's of the movie exist. This was very scary at the time it came out and a big part of my childhood. The only thing I really disagree with is your opinion on Tim Curry's acting.

I've seen the movie many times but never read the book. Because it was 1,000 pages. But now i'm ready to read it. Will the book have the same effect of scaring the hell out of me if i already know how its going to end?

@guitarmessiah95 The book is significantly different and more scary than the movie.

The movie is not that bad haha.. The ending is fucking awful though.. As a child I was shit in pants scared of Pennywise.. I have the book, I just need to give it a good read... :) but cmon!, Tim Curry was ace as Pennywise..

@cartoonkeefe The movie was awful. I like Tim Curry, but he was mediocre as Pennywise. Cheers from Long Island.
