1. She said "Tower, good morning, United 9047......"
You address who you're talking to first, then identify yourself.. So clearly she is United 9047.
2. Runway 36L, cleared for takeoff, United 9047.
This is clearly a read back from 9047. A pilot reads back the instruction, and say their call sign at the end.
