My stuff were stolen from my room !!!

My watch and my Iphone were taken in the morning when I was at the pool.

Their security system dosn't exist. My worst experience in Miami.

I'd rather be hosted somewhere else. They simply said to me that nobody had entered my room... it's amazing ! I suggest them to check all my luggages to confirm that my belongs weren't with me anymore but they refused and my stuff are gone... simply this way...

This video is so misleading. I stayed at the Deauville this weekend and it was undoubtedly the dirtiest, skeeviest hotel I have ever encountered. I would urge anyone watching this video or considering the venue to check TripAdvisor, you will surely change your mind.
