  • They give too much solo time to that tremulous little whistle pipe,

    which sounds unpleasant after a few minutes. That second number

    was so much crashing & pounding for such a beautiful instrument.

  • @GooglFascists I actually like this rank of pipes, they make a Mortier a Mortier for me. But I agree it is disturbing in this tune; especially because not all pipes are tuned perfectly and the vibrato is adjusted to fast. The sister "Zwarte Madonna" in Haarlem is a good example for a better tuned jazzflute and better regulated vibrato - in my opinion... Or the 72 key Decap dance organ "Pascal".
