On May 29, 2009 a report of a hanging in the attic of a multiple-dwelling residence was received. EMS Ambulance 17-5 and Supervisor 17-21 responded before the Fire Department was dispatched. Soon thereafter, Engine 1, Tower 1, and Support 1 were dispatched to perform a stokes basket rescue from a window on the third floor. Then, EMS continued to work on the victim and transported to Bristol Hospital. Tower 1 remains out of service with hydraulic problems, so Reserve Tower 2 is being utilized in this video.
