You people are monsters. Agro was pretty much your only companion (not counting that half-dead girl) plus Agro helped you out throughout your journey (I'd rather have the horse than run to every colossus) and yet you shoot the poor thing with arrows. Shame on you.

You know those lizards running around all over the maps?
Some of them have white tails. They're usually on the little save towers. If you chase them down and kill them and then eat the tails, your grip gauge increases. There's one around Dormin's hole in the main temple, too.
The fruit on the trees makes your life bar longer, but you have to shoot it down and it can be hard to find afterward.
