Reno Mayor Bob Cashell paid for a bus to take 30 residents, including council members, redevelopment staff, civic leaders and others interested in improving downtown to the Ferry Building Marketplace and the Oxbox Public Market. Mayor Cashell wanted to show the group what they could "dream" of putting at the two block plaza covering the ReTRAC train way downtown once the economy turns around.
