@Chenoholic88 KPWB was the old calls for the then WB now CW affiliate in Sacramento since Pappas Television owned the KPWB callsign as it was changed from KRBK in January 1995 when it affailiated with the WB. In 1998, KPWB and Pappas sold KPWB to Viacom and changed to the current KMAX & is in a duopoly with KOVR. KMPH as you see here is Pappas (Titan TV's) Flagship station in Fresno, CA
