Ian doesn't annoy people in a good way, as in the way Bobo does. He's annoying because he just bombs all the time and is consciously trying to get bits started on the air that go no where, like he really fancies himself a personality, but it just sucks and takes away from all the funny things that would be happening if he wasn't on the air. i want wait to hate Bobo, but Ian is self aware and just plodding and boring. the only angle is whether he's gay or not, and that never goes anywhere
