I was talking to my "so called friend" about my anxiety and she said "lets change the subject." I was like wtf? I am no longer friends with her.

I know people, however to what degree with person is a 'friend' is in question . . . to me, my closest friend I haven't really talked to in 8 months :(

Another great vid. I agree with you word for word. Not only do I think people fear that you may have outbursts, but they may think of you as an embarrassment to them. This has been my experience. Im actually glad I weeded out the "bad" friends. They dont wanna be my friend, fine, someone else would appreciate being my friend. The important thing is to not dwell on why they dont like you anymore. You just need to recognize that they dont wanna be your friend and move on.

That is true. It might sting a little, but in the end, I know I didn't really "lose" anything. Just a toxic "friendship". I'll be posting a follow-up video to this one.

whats hard on my friendships is not getting out like i used too...it makes it look like im the one avoiding my friends.

I know. Not getting out can put a strain on things. But if they understood you, they would know that you're not doing it on purpose. Just that getting out is hard to do.
