Riding Japan's Superconducting Maglev "Linear Motor Car" Train at 502 kilometers/hour on a beautiful day at JR Railway Technical Research Institute's Yamanashi Maglev Test Line.

  • Wow very fast. But it sounds very loud.

  • I almost feel bad for the guy being videotaped while he looks out the window during some of it. Amazing train though!

  • @johnson1095 Not too loud the speed their going probably only a few seconds compared to a loud diesel for like a minute.

  • i sure hope trains like that don't go through cities because that would haveto be noisy as hell hearing that every hour or so haha.

    i'll haveto travel to japan some day to ride one of those trains. cool stuff.

  • I would love it if trains in the United States can do this. And inside the train you see the exact distance to go and the actual speed of the train! All trains should have this.
