Been practicing this for a while, so decided to upload. I'm not a trained pianist, nor can I read/write music, so there are mistakes, but I did my best!

The biggest mistake is probably the fact that it's played in the wrong key. Oops!

Anyway, hope you enjoy it.

The synth is a 61 note Korg Triton Studio.

Oh, and sorry about the audio quality, it seems when you upload to YouTube, they compress the audio even more :(

  • Is that piano sound from the triton or are you using an external module/plugin?

  • It's the Triton :)

  • Have you learned this by ear? If the answer is yes, I take off my hat

  • Thanks. Yes, completely by ear. I would listen to a recording every day while travelling to work, so when it came to learn it wasn't so difficult.

  • Wonderful speed and sound, One of the Best Performances i have seen yet.

  • Thank you very much :)

  • wonderfully played adleast you dont play the song fast like others when its surposed to be played slowly like you have done ^^ congrats

  • wow! I play by ear and this is amazing!

You are very talented sir! :)

  • good stuff dude! Keep it up! Feel free to check out some of the beats ive made on a KORG M3 and MPC 2000xl

  • Nice, the original is in C sharp minor, so yeah it's obvious you learned it by ear, or at least transcribed it.

  • Wow! You really have talent, because playing this song by ear and on a keyboard instead of a piano really requires a lot of talent! Congratulations! You should definitely study some music...it's in your soul!

  • Quite beautiful!! and can I say you play with so much more expression and emotion than many "music readers'' I know. Love the sound of your Korg too. Thanks so much for sharing this.

  • I have to say..you seem to be a natural at music. Please consider learning to read music.

  • Very nicely played. Tempo is just perfect! I didn´t know that there is such a beautiful piano sound on Triton studio :o

  • bravo!
