How to get crimped/wavy hair the healthy way

"i know putting a leave in conditioner or some kind of softener helps it from frizzing and getting poofy ... or just leave the braids in longer."

  • @gymnasticsgal21 Lol! I do that to. Every time I put my hair in braids or twists to make it curly I always watch vids on how other girls do it.

  • Yay!! Someone with hair similar to mine!! I'm subscribing! Kay, question: Will my leave in conditioner help my hair not be REALLY SUPER puffy if I comb it out with a wide tooth comb and put in shine gloss??? My hair is generally frizzy but the leave in conditioner and shine gloss for frizzy hair is helping with it straight with and without flat ironing it, so would it help with the braid?? That has been my only problem in the past.

  • i do that same thig i call it a braid out

  • i do the same thing!

    i normally take a shower at night & put my braids in then & sleep on them. i suggest putting them in tight, or they wil fall out.

    next morning when their dry, take them out and, apply mouse @ the roots AND on the actualy curls. then spray hairspray. My hair doesn't hold curls, but this seems to last for the whole day

  • Ik how to make it nit poofy!! Take a shower and then do the frauds leave them in until dry, much more crimped and crisp
